CONSULTATION INFORMATION
Please eat something light before your session. Drink plenty of water before and after to aid detoxification.

I rely on the integrity of each individual to inform me immediately if you have come into contact with a highly transmissible illness so that we can follow the necessary procedures or reschedule your appointment.
I make use of disposable covers on my treatment beds. Feel free to bring along your gown and slippers. Alternatively, wear something loose and comfortable.
Functional Medicine Health Coaching Sessions and Mind Oasis Programs are done via Zoom or Google Meets.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must please be cancelled 24 hours in advance otherwise you will be held responsible for the cost of the consultation.
HOUSE CALLS
House calls are available under special circumstances only. A travel fee will be added according to standard AA rates.
PAYMENT POLICY
TREATMENTS ARE NOT COVERED BY MEDICAL AID SO YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM.
Consultations are payable via card facility or EFT directly after the treatment. Payment plans available for your convenience.

An additional fee will be charged for sessions that run overtime. The amount of R150 / 20$ will be added for every 15 Mins overtime - Subject to my availability and with your consent.

Supplement orders are to be paid on collection. Those with Nappi codes can then be claimed back from your medical aid.
An administration fee will be charged on all outstanding accounts. All legal and recovery debt costs, including all legal fees and Client costs involved will be for the account of the person responsible for the account.
